Pedal Exercisers, Under-Desk Bikes and Arm Bikes

A pedal exerciser keeps legs and arms moving while you sit — under a desk, in front of the TV, in a chair at the window. We make manual mini bikes with a tension knob and an LCD counter, full-body space walkers for seniors, a motorized model that pedals for you, and an arm bike that clamps to the table with suction cups.

Manual or electric pedal exerciser

A manual pedal exerciser runs on your own effort and a resistance knob: turn it down for knee and shoulder recovery, turn it up for a light cardio workout. An electric pedal exerciser has a motor that moves the pedals in Auto mode, so stiff joints get smooth, low-impact motion with no effort; switch to Active mode when you want to drive the pedals yourself.

Under the desk, on the table, on the floor

Every mini exercise bike we sell works for legs on the floor and for arms on a tabletop. Under a desk, check the height between the floor and the desk underside, and set the chair a little further back than usual so the knees do not hit. The anti-slip base and foot straps keep the bike from walking across hardwood.

For seniors and rehab

Low-impact cycling is a common part of physical therapy after knee or hip surgery and for seniors who want daily movement without leaving home. Start at the lowest resistance for five to ten minutes and add time before you add resistance. The LCD display counts time, count, RPM and calories so progress is easy to follow.

Arm bikes and upper-body ergometers

An arm bike, or upper body ergometer, trains shoulders, arms and grip while you sit at a table. Ours locks down with two suction cups and has massage handles and adjustable resistance, from light shoulder therapy to endurance work.
