This is the one! It is of good quality, assembles easily, and is priced right. I was concerned with other bars because our door frame is a little on the wide side (wider than other bar specifications). This bar was supposed to be adjustable from small to large door openings. I was skeptical but now a believer. It has three different adjustment bolt holes so it will fit from narrow to large openings. It replaced a bar handed-down to me that had seen decades of use and was eventually worn out by me. The new one is of similar or better quality and will undoubtedly give us decades more service.

Doorway pull-up bars
A doorway pull-up bar is the cheapest serious strength equipment a home can have. Our three bars hook over a standard door frame with no screws and no drilling: the multi-grip bar is rated at 550 lbs and gives wide, narrow and neutral grip pull-ups from triangle padded grips, while the two heavy-duty steel bars carry 440 lbs and fit door frames up to 39 inches wide. Measure the door frame width, the wall depth and the trim before you choose, and every bar sits square and secure. Add the 47-inch push-up board and the same doorway trains pull, push and core — pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises, push-ups and dips. It is the most popular upper body strength equipment we make, and installation needs no tools beyond the ones in the box: the steel material and the padded grips support years of daily training, and the pads leave no mark on the door.

Questions we hear
Will a doorway pull-up bar damage my door frame?
Used as intended, no. Our bars rest on thick EVA or high-density foam pads that spread the load across the trim. Check the frame is solid wood, the bar sits level, and avoid swinging or kipping.
How do I know the pull-up bar fits my doorway?
Measure the width between the frame sides, the depth of the wall and the height of the trim, then compare with the range on the product page — for example 23.6 to 34.6 inches for our no-screw heavy-duty bar.
Which pedal exerciser is right for a senior?
For very limited mobility, the electric pedal exerciser moves the legs for you. For gentle active exercise, the foldable mini bikes start at very low resistance, and the space walker adds arm movement.
Can I use the mini exercise bike under a desk?
Yes. Check the clearance under the desk, sit a little further back than usual and use the foot straps. All our mini bikes also work on a tabletop for arm cycling.
Do the sous vide bags work with my circulator?
Yes — they work with Anova, Joule and any immersion circulator or water oven. The bags have an air valve for our hand or electric pumps.
