If the bar does not fit the doorway

It happens: a frame is a quarter inch too wide or the trim too shallow. Start a return from your order page in the store you bought from, within that store's return window.

Warranty

Several of our products carry a 12-month quality warranty, as stated on the product page. Claims are opened through the order page of the store you bought from, which arranges a replacement or refund.

Before you send it back

Many fit problems are assembly problems. Check that every bolt is tight and every pad sits flat; for pedal exercisers, check the tension knob is not fully closed.
