Why we made it
Pick the bag by what goes in it. Small (8.3 by 8.7 inches) for a steak, medium (10.2 by 11) for two portions, large (11.8 by 13.4) for a roast or a week of meal prep. Every bag is thick polyethylene, free of BPA, PVC and phthalates, with a double zip and an extra-wide sealing track that works with most vacuum sealers. They go on the dishwasher top rack and come back for the next cook.
